Day 1
Arrival & Check-In (Marsh Harbour)
SUNDAY, NOV 8
  • Arrive at Marsh Harbour, pick up at Dock 7, Boat Harbour Marina.
  • Settle in aboard your yachts; spend the first night at the marina.
  • Enjoy the Great Abaco Beach Resort amenities: pool, restaurants, shops, and resort bar.
  • In the evening: Captain’s briefing, review tide/weather, finalize the flotilla route. 
  • Relax, watch the sunset or stargaze from your cockpit.
 
Day 2
Marsh Harbour → Guana Cay
monday, nov 9
  • Weigh anchor and sail to Guana Cay. 
  • Moor, anchor, or take a dock, depending on space. 
  • Ashore: Visit the beaches, snorkel, or swim.
  • Optional: Visit Nippers beach bar if the timing is right (especially fun on Sundays).
  • Evening: Flotilla dinner together on the beach or aboard.
Day 3
Guana Cay → Fowl Cay → Man-O-War Cay
tuesday, nov 10
  • Morning: Sail to Fowl Cay Underwater Park for snorkeling.
  • After snorkeling, head to Man-O-War Cay.
  • Explore Man-O-War: visit the boat-building shops (Albury’s), the small settlement, and learn about the island’s maritime craft.
  • Evening anchor or moor; group can dinghy into town for dinner or enjoy a quiet night on the boats.
Day 4
Man-O-War Cay → Elbow Cay / Hope Town
wednesday, nov 11
  • Short sail to Elbow Cay, where Hope Town awaits.
  • Activities: climb the historic lighthouse, visit local shops, possibly a museum, or fish in the good grounds nearby.
  • Lunch ashore; enjoy the charm of Hope Town.
  • Dinner options: dine at local restaurants in Hope Town, or cook aboard and enjoy a sunset from the cockpit.
Day 5
Elbow Cay → Tahiti Beach
thursday, nov 12
  • Sail south from Elbow Cay to Tahiti Beach (on Elbow Cay).
  • Day spent beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling, or fishing.
  • Use the dinghies for exploring, kayaking, or paddleboarding if available.
  • Dinner: either aboard or take the dinghy to a nearby restaurant.
Day 6
Tahiti Beach → Sandy Cay → Little Harbour → Return toward Marsh Harbour
friday, nov 13
  • Morning sail to Sandy Cay Park for snorkeling and exploration.
  • Then head to Little Harbour, a very charming, artist-populated cay.
  • Lunch at Pete’s Pub in Little Harbour. 
  • Anchor for the night at one of nearby cays: Lynyard Cay, Tilloo Cay, or back toward Tahiti Beach, depending on weather and group preference.
  • Evening: anchor or moor, reflect as a group on the week, share highlights, or have one more group dinghy dinner.
Day 7

saturday, nov 14
  • Wake up, enjoy a relaxed breakfast aboard.
  • Final check-out by 10 a.m. (per Cruise Abaco’s schedule).
  • Transfer ashore for travel home or onward adventures.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT DUE UPON BOOKING: $1,800 (per cabin)
FINAL BALANCE DUE: $2,700 due September 9th, 2026


  • CANCELLATION 60+ DAYS PRIOR TO EMBARKATION.
    Refund of all monies paid minus 50% of the initial deposit.
  • CANCELLATION BETWEEN 30 – 60 DAYS PRIOR TO EMBARKATION.
    Refund of all monies paid minus the full deposit.
  • CANCELLATION WITHIN THE FINAL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EMBARKATION.
    Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable.

PAYMENT / DEPOSIT POLICY. Failure to make agreed-upon payments on dates due will result in a $15 late fee for each day payment is past due. Failure to make payment within 10 days of due dates will result in cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of any deposit(s) paid.

Fly into Marsh Harbour International Airport (MHH) on Great Abaco Island. Cruise Abaco’s friendly team will assist you with arrival logistics and boarding at the marina.
